Firefighter Falls Down Elevator Shaft In Montgomery County

POTTSTOWN, Pa. (CBS) – A firefighter has reportedly fallen down an elevator shaft in Montgomery County.

According to police, fire crews were on the scene of an electrical fire with heavy smoke inside a commercial building at 310 High Street in Pottstown when a firefighter fell down the elevator shaft.

The firefighter’s was transported to West Reading Hospital with stable, non-life threating injuries.

There is no further information at this time.
