Police Searching For Suspect Wanted For Home Invasion In Academy Gardens
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are searching for the suspect wanted in an overnight home invasion.
The incident happened at 9166 Ryerson Road in the Academy Gardens section of Philadelphia.
Police say the victim was robbed at gunpoint inside his/her home. A cell phone was taken, but it's not known if anything else was stolen.
A mid-size black sedan was seen leaving the area.
An investigation is underway, but CBS3 uncovered that this is the third home invasion in a three block radius since May.
