Man Shot To Death In West Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old man early Friday morning in West Philadelphia.
The incident happened around 1:30 a.m. on the unit block of South Robinson Street in the city's Cobbs Creek section.
Police say the victim was shot twice in the face and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
There are no suspects at this time.
The deadly shooting remains under investigation.
