Sources: Intoxicated Passenger Causes Flight To Return To PHL

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- An intoxicated man was arrested Wednesday night after causing a disturbance aboard a plane that left Philadelphia and was bound for Spain.

U.S. Airways flight 742 left Philadelphia International Airport a little before 8 p.m., but the plane returned approximately 90 minutes later.

The pilot turned the plane around and returned back to Philadelphia. Sources say a 35-year-old Italian man was intoxicated and caused a disturbance.

He was arrested when arriving back in Philadelphia.

The identity of the male was not immediately released.
