Explosion Destroys Shed In Camden County

PINE HILL, N.J. (CBS) – Fire crews worked to extinguish a fire caused by an explosion in Camden County Wednesday afternoon.

The explosion occurred at about 12:15 p.m. at a vacant shed in the 1000 block of Kayser Avenue in Pine Hill.

According to officials, the explosion was caused by a propane tank. Crews were able to place the fire under control quickly.

Chopper 3 HD was over the scene where the explosion apparently leveled the structure.

There were no injuries reported.
