Police: Sleeping Woman Fondled On Flight To Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police say a man from Jerusalem allegedly fondled a sleeping woman on a flight from Paris to Philadelphia Thursday night.
Philadelphia Police say 21-year-old Aburayyan Mohaned was placed in police custody immediately exiting the plane.
According to authorities, the 23–year-old victim was awakened by Mohaned allegedly touching her outside of her clothing.
Mohaned was charged with Simple Assault and Indecent Assault.
The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office says Mohaned was arraigned Friday afternoon.
Bail was set at $25,000.
His next court date is scheduled for August.
