Eagles Waive William Powell, Activate Ryan And Tucker
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The Eagles have waived running back William Powell, after a failed physical. The team also activated Brad Wing and Matthew Tucker, who previously failed conditioning tests.
Powell was claimed earlier this week after being waived by the Arizona Cardinals.
Brad Wing is a rookie punter out of LSU,
Matthew Tucker is a rookie running back out of TCU.
