FBI, Police Search For Suspect With Clown Tattoo Wanted In Philadelphia Carjackings

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The FBI and Philadelphia Police Department Violent Crimes Task Force is seeking the public's help in locating a suspect wanted in connection with two armed carjackings in the city last month.

In separate incidents on June 7 and June 8, authorities say Joshua Gutierrez, 22, and several accomplices allegedly threatened two men at gunpoint and stole their vehicles, wallets, and phones.

Gutierrez is described as 5'8" tall, 160 pounds, and has a tattoo on his left forearm featuring two clowns' faces bracketed by the words "That's Life".

Authorities say he was last known to reside on the 4700 block of Shelmire Avenue in Holmesburg, the 500 block of East Ashmead Street in East Germantown, and the 2700 block of Waterloo Street in Fairhill.

Gutierrez is considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the FBI at 215-418-4000 or the Philadelphia Police Department.

Authorities say there may be a reward for information leading to his capture and tipsters can remain anonymous.
