2nd Heat Related Death Reported In Delaware

WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) – Delaware officials are reporting their second heat related death of the year.

According to the Department of Health and Social Services, the Friday death of an 87-year-old New Castle County woman was been ruled an accident with heat exposure as a factor Sunday evening.

The woman's death comes two days after the death of a 55-year-old New Castle County Man who was found unresponsive on Wednesday (see related story).

Officials are urging people who need help cooling their homes to call the Delaware Help Line at 211.
