Suspect Caught On Tape Setting Car On Fire In Richmond
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police are searching for two suspects in connection with a car arson that was caught on tape.
The incident happened at about 3:30 a.m. on July 15th in the 2800 block of Cedar Street in the city's Richmond section.

Surveillance video captured two males walking down the street who appear to be checking car doors of parked vehicles.
One of the suspects approached a parked vehicle, which was unlocked, and entered the vehicle while the other suspect acted as a look-out.
Moments later, after the suspect exited the car, the interior became fully engulfed in flames.
The suspects then ran away.
The first suspect is described as a white male with dark-colored hair who appeared to have tattoos on his right arm. He was wearing a white t-shirt and light-colored shorts.
The second suspect is described as a white male with light brown or blonde hair. He was wearing a light-colored t-shirt and dark-colored shorts.
