Son-In-Law Of Governor Corbett Faces Charges
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett's son-in-law, a former Philadelphia narcotics officer, is facing theft charges.
Gerold Gibson was arraigned Wednesday night.
Authorities say he allegedly stole cash during a police sting.
According to court documents, he is charged with theft by deception, receiving stolen property, plus tampering with and fabricating physical evidence.
In February, Gibson was suspended from the force with intent to dismiss (See Previous Story).
