Prosecutor's Office Releases Flyer Requesting Info On Death Of South Jersey Woman

BLACKWOOD, NJ (CBS) – Police have released a flyer in the hopes that someone has information on the suspicious death of a South Jersey woman.

Fifty-nine-year-old Carol Reiff, of Blackwood, was reported missing on Friday, June 21.

Just days later, officials found a decaying body in the woods off of Route 42.

On Wednesday, the body was identified as Reiff's (see previous story), though an exact cause of death could not be determined.

More information: CAROL REIFF

While the Medical Examiner's Office hasn't ruled Reiff's death a homicide, police consider the investigation a criminal one.

Officials are now offering a $1,000 reward for information on Reiff's cause of death. Anyone with information is urged to contact Camden County Prosecutor's Office at (856) 225-8653 or Gloucester Township Police at (856) 228-4500.
