Mark says his cellphone has been buzzing:

"Yeah I keep getting different names, I don't know how true it is. One definite text is that they heard a lady won. No name."

Ted hasn't heard anything but he says, "I'm anxious to see who it is!"

Vinnie Tabita stopped by Federal Beer, where the winning ticket was sold , to congratulate longtime friend and owner Gary Patel:

"I've known him a long time, he's a good person. Couldn't have been a better person to buy it from. I just wish I had bought it!"

Whoever the winner is, they will have to go through the claims process as Pennsylvania Lottery Spokesperson Gary Miller explains:

"They are invited into our room called 'The Winner's Circle'." That is where they present the ticket and fill out a prize claim form. Our staff immediately begins validating the ticket, and once that is done, it's time for happy handshakes."

And that's no rumor!
