York County Couple Arrested After Argument Over Television Show Escalates To Stabbing
YORK, Pa. (CBS) – A York County couple is behind bars and their talent evaluation business on hold after an argument over a television show.
Police say 48-year-old Karen Harrellson and 57-year-old Gregory Stambaugh were watching "American Idol" when they had a disagreement over who they thought should win.
Stambaugh says Harrellson stabbed him; Harrellson says Stambaugh stabbed her.
While police don't know exactly what happened, they do know that both had been drinking heavily.
Neither of the two has made bail as of yet.
