WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) - Police in Delaware say they have arrested and charged a registered sex offender for dealing in child pornography.

According to police, 20-year-old Kevin H. Boone, a student a Delaware Technical and Community College, was taken into custody Thursday after the execution of a search warrant at a home in the 300 block of Senator Drive in Middletown.

Investigators say multiple computers and other digital media devices were seized during the search and email containing multiple files of child pornography, sent to and by Boone, were found.

Officials say one of the files included a video of a boy under the age of 10 engaged in sexual acts with an adult male.

Boone has been charged with 25 counts of dealing in child pornography and was taken to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in lieu of $250,000 secured bail.

Police say Boone was convicted of having child porn in 2010 and is currently a Tier 2 sex offender.
