Police In Montgomery County Investigating 5 Indecent Exposures

LOWER PROVIDENCE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) – Police in both Lower and Upper Providence Townships are investigating five reported indecent exposures that happened between April 6, 2013 and May 12, 2013.
In all of the incidents, the victims were walking along roadways or trails between 3:20 p.m. and 7:25 p.m. The offender was allegedly in place prior to the victim's arrival and would then exit the vehicle without his pants or with his pants pulled down and masturbate in front of the victims.
During one of the incidents, the suspect spoke with a Middle Eastern or Indian accent.
The victims described the offender four times as a Middle Eastern or Indian male and one time as a Hispanic male between the ages of 25-40. He is between 5'5" and 5'10" with a slender to medium build and short black hair.
The suspect's vehicle has been described as a clean silver or gray four-door sedan. Although several vehicle makes were reported, none were reported as being absolute.
