Chester County School District Ranks Fourth On National List
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – An online reality website has released its list of the top school districts with the most affordable housing, and a Philadelphia suburb has made the cut.
ZipRealty, Inc. released the roundup on Thursday, and the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District in Chester County ranked number four.
According to ZipReality, the list was compiled based on the median price per square foot for a house within the area as well as the district's "School Score," determined by test score data and student/teacher ratios.
Tredyffrin/Easttown was the only Pennsylvania district on the list.
Westonka Public Schools, located in the Minneapolis area, ranked first.
