Philadelphia Named 4th 'Most Bikeable City'

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Add another title to Philadelphia's rapidly growing list.

The city has now been named the fourth "Most Bikeable City" by Bike Score, which ranks cities with populations over 500,000 people according to factors like number of bike lanes and trails, hilliness and the number of people who commute by bike.

Philadelphia received a score of 68 out of 100, meaning we're almost at "Very Bikeable," which requires a score of 69.

Portland came out number one with a score of 70.3, and San Francisco earned a 70. The number three most bikeable city, Denver, barely beat Philly with a score of 69.5.
