LeSean McCoy Sued For Alleged Party Bus Assault

By Mike DeNardo

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – An Eagles running back is being sued by a woman using the alias "Mary Roe," who claims he assaulted and humiliated her on a party bus.

According to court papers, McCoy invited about 15 women to join him on the "party bus" that went to a New York City club from Philadelphia back in December, 2012.

During the trip, the lawsuit states, McCoy and his bodyguard, along with a few other men, began to spray the women with water. The suit says that when " Roe" objected, McCoy told his bodyguard, identified only as "Big John," to "get her." The suit says McCoy and/or Big John struck "Roe" in the face and poured a beverage on her.

"Roe" then says that she was forced to exit the party bus on the side of the New Jersey Turnpike and left there. When other members of the bus complained, she was brought back on the bus and taken to the next rest stop, where she was left by herself.

The lawsuit was filed on May 10th, 2013, and is asking for damages of $50,000, and names both McCoy and his bodyguard "Big John."

So far, the Eagles have not commented.
