Blog: Spirit Airlines To Give Away 25 Million Frequent Flyer Miles
By Jim Donovan: Spirit Airlines is celebrating its new service in Philadelphia by giving away 25 million frequent flyer bonus miles. The give-away will happen this Thursday morning, May 16, 2013 at the IndependenceVisitorCenter. Spirit recently started service from Philadelphia to Dallas/Fort Worth, Myrtle Beach and Las Vegas.
1,000 people (18 years and older) will receive 25,000 miles* each – that's enough for a standard roundtrip award ticket (with taxes and fees from only $5 per award ticket). Spirit is giving away the 1,000 certificates on a first-come first-serve basis, while supplies last.
*Recipients of the 25,000 FREE SPIRIT™ frequent flyer bonus miles certificates must register their certificate within 7 days of receipt. Miles will be deposited within 45 days of registration. Certificates are good for one time use, and only one 25,000-mile certificate can be credited to a FREE SPIRIT account.
