Artist Transforms Some Of Philadelphia Into Canvas Reflecting Crisis In America

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Ten blocks in the heart of Philadelphia will be turned into a canvas reflecting a crisis in America.
The artist and mastermind of the concept Peter Quinn, a professor at Montgomery County Community College, explains the project to KYW Newsradio.
