Two Students Injured In Dining Hall Fight At Cheyney University

THORNBURY Twp., Pa., (CBS) – Two male students were taken to the hospital after an altercation in a dining hall at Cheyney University on Friday.

The University says the incident happened at about 2 p.m. in the serving line in the Ada Georges Dining Hall.

Chopper 3 HD was over the scene.

According to the University, one student sustained lacerations on the arm.  The student was treated at a local hospital and released.

The other student was also taken to a local hospital.  There is no word on his condition at this time.

The incident remains under investigation.

The University says the Ada Georges Dining Hall is now open for evening meal service.

The campus remains open.
