Man Charged With Indecent Exposure Near Philadelphia University
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A man was arrested and charged in connection with five indecent exposure and harassment incidents in the area of Philadelphia University (see related story).
Philadelphia Police say 40-year-old George Tobin of Philadelphia, was arrested Monday. Tobin is charged with Indecent Exposure, Open Lewdness and Harassment.
Police say he was responsible for five incidents, the first on April 18th and four others on April 24th.
