Police: One 15-Year-Old Shoots Another in Germantown

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A 15-year-old has been charged in connection with the shooting of another teenager on Sunday afternoon in the city’s Germantown section.

Philadelphia police say the incident took place about 3:15pm in the 400 block of E. Washington Lane, when the 15-year-old victim was shot in the chest.

After a brief foot chase, police apprehended the suspect, whose name was being withheld.  He is charged with attempted murder and related crimes.

The victim was transported to Einstein Medical Center, where he was listed in critical condition.
