PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Police believe a drunk driver hit a utility pole in the Overbrook section of Philadelphia, causing power outages.

The incident occurred around 2:15 a.m. Sunday at 64th and Jefferson Streets.

According to police, a drunk driver hit a utility pole, then fled the scene.
