PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A lockdown was put into effect this morning, then lifted about an hour later, at a North Philadelphia elementary school after a trespasser was seen inside the school.

A school district spokeswoman says the lockdown went into effect about 8:45am at Bethune Elementary School, 3301 Old York Road, when a man without permission was spotted inside the school.
