Earlier this week, I briefly mentioned a golf coaching technique called Extraordinary Golf.
Its founder, Fred Shoemaker, is featured on this weekend’s KYW Golf Report, where he talks about the eye-opening experience a student gets with a couple of the drills they use to help bring out their natural golf motion.
While those drills (one of which involves throwing a club) get quite a bit of attention, there’s so much more to Extraordinary Golf … just as there was much more to our interview than that quick sound bite.
I’d go as far to say there’s some “extraordinary stuff” in there… as well as a link to where you can find this kind of coaching in our region. Something to ponder as you watch those beautiful swings at Augusta National this weekend.
Ed Abrams anchors mornings on KYW Newsradio, and you can hear his Golf Reports there on Fridays and Saturdays. He has also created a pair of websites: www.DealTrackerGolf.com, featuring leads on the best golf equipment deals… and www.TeeItUpPhilly.com, with video course tours, audio swing tips and local golf deals
