Person Injured After Being Hit By Car In Burlington County, N.J.

DELRAN Twp., N.J., (CBS) – A person was injured after they were hit by a car in Burlington County, New Jersey on Monday night.

The incident happened at about 8:28 p.m. at the 4000 block of Route 130 in Delran Township.

Chopper 3 HD was over the scene as fire and rescue crews responded.

Officials say the victim was transported to Cooper University Hospital. Their identity and condition is unknown at this time.

Authorities say the driver did stop at the scene.
