WEST CHESTER, Pa. (CBS) — Two Chester County teenagers are behind bars following a thwarted burglary in Birmingham Township on Tuesday afternoon.
Authorities say a mother and daughter returned to their home along General Weedon Drive to find two males, 17-year-old Daniel Walston and 18-year-old Alexander Granger, with handkerchiefs over their faces and guns. One woman managed to call police and the suspects fled.
The pair was arrested when police found them at a nearby home where one of the suspects lives.
Police recovered items stolen from the house, including two guns, cash, jewelry and electronics.
The suspects were being held on $75,000 dollars cash bail.
