PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are investigating the cause of an early morning crash involving two cars and a police cruiser.

The incident occurred at 3rd and Jackson Streets in South Philadelphia around 2:45 a.m.

Police say one car jumped a curb and crashed into a building.

At least one person was taken to Methodist Hospital. It is unclear if the police officer was injured.
