East Greenwich Twp. Police Search For Gunmen Who Robbed Group Home

CLARKSBORO, N.J. (CBS) – Police are searching for gunmen who forced their way into a group home for people with disabilities early Thursday morning.

Authorities say three gunmen with faces covered forced their way into the home in the 200 block of Whiskey Mill Road in East Greenwich Township at about 3 a.m.

Four employees were bound with duct tape while the suspects ransacked the house. Police say 10 residents were asleep at the time and were not harmed.

Police believe the suspects may have been after safes where residents' personal belongings and cash are kept.

The suspects fled the scene and no arrests have been made.
