Neighbors Of Couple Who Stole Police Cars Shed Some Light

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - They're the notorious couple now known for stealing two police cars and leading authorities on a wild chase from Camden, New Jersey to Philadelphia (see related story).
"I was like 'oh, my God'," said Jim Jacobs. "I knew exactly who it was."
Jim and Kim Jacobs live across the street from suspects Blake Bills and Shayna Sykes. Neighbors say the couple, who have an 8-month-old baby girl, live with Shayna's grandmother in Macungie, Lehigh County.
No one answered the door when CBS3 knocked. The neighbor who was allegedly robbed by Bills did not want to talk either.
The Jacobs say the neighbor who lives next door to the Sykes, was robbed by 24-year-old Blake Bills.
"She was shocked and scared," said Kim Jacobs.
According to court records, Bills is facing burglary charges and has a court appearance for that crime, in April. Sykes served time in jail, in 2009, for Driving Under the Influence when she was a minor.
