I-95 Reopens In Both Directions
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – I-95 has reopened in both directions at Cottman Avenue. It was shut down briefly during the Tuesday evening rush hour for repairs.
PECO apparently deemed the repairs necessary after a crane made contact with overhead wires in the area.
The work closed the road for about 45 minutes.
