PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are searching for a suspect who robbed an ice cream store in Northeast Philadelphia.
The robbery happened at about 8:40 p.m. on February 14th at the Dairy Queen on Grant Avenue in the city’s Bustleton section.
According to investigators, the suspect entered the store and approached an employee and stated he had a gun and demanded money.
After getting an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect ran out of the store in an unknown direction.
The suspect is described as a white male, 20 to 25-years-old, 5’6”-5’7” with a medium build. He was wearing a green hat with a brown/tan hooded sweatshirt, a brown jacket and a black bandana around his neck.
