Police In Haverford Township Investigating Alleged Indecent Exposure

HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) – Police in Haverford Township are investigating an alleged indecent exposure witnessed by two juveniles.

According to the two teens, ages 13, they were walking along the 500 block of Twin Oaks Drive from East Manoa Road around noon when they observed a man in the driver's seat of a dark green compact car.

One of the girls said that when she passed the vehicle on the passenger side, she saw the man with his pants down, holding a phone in one hand and masturbating with the other.

The juveniles said they told a nearby postal letter carrier about the incident, and also said that when the postal worker approached the car, it made a quick U-turn and turned left onto East Manoa Road towards Darby Road.

The driver of the vehicle is described as a white male in his early twenties with dark hair and stubble on his face. He is also described as tall, as his head appeared to be touching the interior roof of the vehicle.

The vehicle has been described as an older model compact car, possibly a Honda Civic, dark green in color, having an infant car seat in the back seat. The car seat was described as checkered with green and yellow squares.
