PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Mild weather will continue Friday, then the winter chill returns over the weekend, with the chance of more snow!
Friday will be breezy and mild with a high of 51 degrees. Friday night a Midwest storm will bring rain in the evening, that will change to wet snow overnight. Snow will accumulate, on grassy surfaces, 1 to 2 inches, (some 3″ spots) possible. It should end by 7am.
The latest GFS (American Model) is suggesting that a developing coastal low will take over and add an additional inch of snow late Saturday and Saturday evening if it comes close enough. The high Saturday, 38. (Stay tuned as this evolves!)
Sunday will be cold & blustery with highs only in the lower 30′s, wind chills will be in the 20′s! Monday will be sunny, with a high of 40 degrees. It will be even milder Tuesday with a high of 47, but there will be another chance of rain changing to accumulating snow!
