    PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Crews are on the scene of a tractor trailer fire on I-95 southbound.

    The incident occurred on the ramp coming from the Betsy Ross Bridge around 11:30 a.m. Thursday.

    Police say the on ramp to I-95 has been shut down. I-95 is still open.

    No injuries have been reported.
