PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police say they have made an arrest after a 7-year-old brought a loaded firearm to his Philadelphia school on Monday (see previous story).

After an investigation, thirty-two-year-old Latanya Pressley was arrested on Feb. 13th for her involvement in the incident.

Pressly is charged with Recklessly Endangering Another Person and Violation of the Uniform Firearms Act.

Officials say the boy was showing the gun to other students at John F. Reynolds Elementary School in North Philadelphia before another child reported the weapon.
