One of many country performers at this year’s 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards, Miranda Lambert and Dierks Bentley joined forces for an emotional duet.

Lambert, dressed in a glistening sequined dress, began her performance alone. Singing her hit “Over You” co-written by herself and husband Blake Shelton about the loss of his brother, Lambert made the song her own on the GRAMMY stage.

Dierks Bentley, clad in jeans, a white t-shirt and brown leather jacket, took the stage in a fog of smoke to sing the second verse of the song. Complete with pedal steel, strings and guitar the duo traded verses.

Bentley and Lambert then shared the stage for Bentley’s poignant track “Home.” Nominated for Best Country Solo Performance, Bentley lost to Carrie Underwood for “Blown Away.”
