At Least 3 People Injured In 3 Separate Overnight Crashes

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police in Philadelphia are investigating three separate accidents that occurred in the city overnight.

The first incident occurred around 11:50 p.m. Saturday at Hunting Park Avenue and I Street in the Juniata Park section of the city. Police say the vehicle flipped over. One person was transported to Temple University Hospital. No further details have been released in this incident.

The second accident happened on Roosevelt Boulevard and Tyson Avenue around 4 a.m. Sunday. Police say the crash involved multiple vehicles, sending one person to Torresdale Hospital in an unknown condition.

One person received minor injuries after their car flipped over and went through a fence near Germantown Avenue and West Harvey Street, says police.
