WARMINSTER, Pa. (CBS) – A Bucks County man has been arrested for sexually assaulting a neighborhood woman.

On Jan. 28, an adult female reported that Augustin Dominguez-Duran, a 40-year-old from Warminster, had sexually assaulted her.

The woman was able to escape and reported the incident to police, who took Dominguez-Duran into custody the same day.

The suspect has been charged with Attempted Sexual Assault, a Felony of the Second Degree and two counts of Indecent Assault, both misdemeanors.
