Falls Township Coach Charged With Having Sex With Underage Girl
FAIRLESS HILLS, Pa. (CBS) — Police in Falls Township, Bucks County have arrested a man for allegedly having a sex with an underage girl.
34-year-old Kevin Jones is charged with involuntary deviant sexual intercourse and related offenses after it was revealed he had a sexual relationship with a young girl that he coached in softball.
Investigators say the relationship began last year when the girl was just 14 years old.
It came to light after the victim told her sister earlier this month.
“Mostly through various emails that were going back and forth through the victim and Mr. Jones, a total of 1,400,” says Fairless Hills Police Lieutenant Henry Ward, “it was obvious that a sexual relationship had occurred between the two.”
Police say Jones’ home on Hoover Drive in Fairless Hills caught fire on Friday morning as they arrived to investigate.
