Most major roads are clear. Side streets, like this one in Center City, are hit or miss. (credit: John McDevitt)

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - With temperatures still expected to be in the 20s, PennDOT crews are concerned about refreezing on the roads. So, on top of the brine and salt they sprayed before yesterday’s rush hour storm, they’ve been salting this morning.
The major roads look pretty good, but it’s hit or miss with some of the side streets.
As for air travel, a better picture right now, definitely compared to the delays of up to three hours travelers experienced last night. Best bet, as always, is to check with your airline, 1-800-PHL-GATE or http://www.phl.org before heading out.
On the rails, SEPTA’s regional rail lines could be facing delays of up to 20 minutes because of slippery rail conditions.
So, the fast-moving storm is out of the way, but we’ll see how much of a break we get. AccuWeather says we may get a wintry mix Monday morning or mid-day.
