PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Somehow, some way, the Manti Te’o story gets a little bit weirder.
The New York Daily News is reporting that the voice on the other end of Manti Te’o's calls to ‘Lennay Kekua’ was that of Ronaiah Tuiasosopo. Tuiasosopo is the man who reportedly was operating the Twitter account of Kekua’s.
Te’o said he had hours of phone conversations with a person he believed to be a woman named Lennay Kekua. ESPN reports that they have phone records that show evidence of the phone calls that Te’o made.

His voice is … low.
However, in one of the voicemails released, it certainly sounds like a woman (TMZ reports the voice is definitely Ronaiah Tuiasosopo’s) :
