PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and Outta SITE - Lovely.

Finding an apartment to rent can be a pain, but Lovely might just take a little frustration out of the process.

The Lovely app searches for homes and apartments that are for rent, showing you their location on the map, which are newest and removing them once the place is taken.

Each listing also shows price and oftentimes a photo as well.
