Police Searching For Suspect Who Threw Woman To Ground And Stole Her Cell Phone

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are searching for a suspect in connection with a robbery on a SEPTA platform.

On Jan. 15th around 9 p.m., a 27-year-old female traveling on a SEPTA subway train near Logan Station was pulled to the ground by a man who stole her iPhone and fled.

The suspect is described as a black male in his early 20s between 5’5” and 5’7” with a thin build. He has a light complexion and facial hair and was wearing a gray Polo skull cap, a light colored jean jacket and blue jeans.
