PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia Police say a 24-year-old man was shot once in the leg during an argument in the cities Spring Garden neighborhood Saturday night.

Police say the shooting happened at 11th and Spring Garden Streets around 7:45 p.m.

The victim was taken to Hahnemann University Hospital. He is listed in stable condition.

Police say they have arrested the shooter, but have not yet released their identity.
