WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) – The Delaware State Police has issued a Gold Alert for a missing Wilmington, Del. man.
Police are searching for 52-year-old Joseph Scarpone who was last seen leaving the Delaware Psychiatric Center Friday around 5:30 p.m.
He is described as a white male, 5’11” tall, 228 pounds, with gray hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue and white striped hat, black sunglasses, a dark gray shirt, a black leather coat, and black jeans.
Police say he has a medical condition that causes concern for his safety.
