PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police have made an arrest in connection with a series of tire slashings in West Philadelphia earlier this month.

Investigators say 27-year-old Harry Gaines is facing charges of Criminal Conspiracy, Criminal Mischief and related offenses. Gaines was arrested January 17th and is from the 6000 block of Angora Terrace.
