NEWARK, Del. (CBS) – A Delaware man has been arrested for alleged vandalism at 71 locations around the Newark area.
Felix J. Smith, an 18-year-old from Newark, was arrested on January 10th and charged with 162 counts of vandalism. It’s believed that Smith is responsible for graffiti at 58 locations around the city of Newark and an additional 13 locations on the University of Delaware’s campus.
The property damage is estimated at over $8,000.
Police say investigations into vandalism incidents continue in Newark.
